Reputation Audit

See the reputation AI reads about you

AI engines form a view of your business from your reviews and ratings across the web. Reputation Audit checks ten review platforms in one pass, from Google Business Profile and TripAdvisor through to Yelp, Glassdoor and Booking.com, then reads the text of your most recent Google reviews rather than only the stars.

Free snapshot across review platforms. No card required.

What it checks

One real audit, end to end. Every figure below is read from the Guinness Storehouse scan of 25 August 2026 that the live embed further down this page renders, so the explainer and the specimen cannot tell different stories.

What an engine concludes about you

3.92Average rating
5 / 10Platforms found
68Score out of 100

That average is the plain mean of the five ratings actually found. 4.4, 4.3, 4.2, 3.5 and 3.2 make 19.6, and 19.6 over 5 is 3.92. A staff-review score and a mis-matched hotel listing pull the headline number down exactly as hard as a bad visitor review would.

Gaps: nothing found on Trustpilot, Facebook, G2, Capterra or Expedia. The audit grades the combined result 68 out of 100 and flags it critical, and it does that on top of 76,777 Google and TripAdvisor reviews. Where a competitor is listed and you are not, theirs is the rating the engine has to hand.

The words under the stars

Google review, 3 August 2026, quoted in full. One of the 10 most recent the audit read.

Can’t visit Dublin and not go, it seems, but it’s really worth it after all.
Feels like at any time half the tourist population is there. It’s well managed in terms of crowd control and big enough not to feel too overwhelming. I think you have to buy tickets in advance, but if you don’t I suspect there’s a bit of a wait as we saw some long queues.
The shop is actually pretty good too and not outrageously priced.
The gravity bar is great too with amazing views

  • Reads as crowds are handled well. The five-star rating carries none of that on its own; the sentence does.
  • Reads as expect to queue. It sits inside a five-star review, so the stars and the words disagree, and only the words say why.
  • The owner replied to this one, and the reply is part of the record: “We’re delighted you found the experience well managed despite the busy atmosphere”. Four Google reviews in five get an answer here.

How the scan gets this

  • Google Business Profile is read directly: rating, review count, whether the profile is claimed, the owner response rate, and the text of the 10 most recent reviews. Its rating splits 17,845 five-star against 1,934 at one or two stars.
  • Trustpilot and TripAdvisor ratings come from Google search rich snippets rather than from those platforms’ own APIs, so they arrive as a rating and a count with no review text behind them.
  • The remaining seven platforms are checked for a listing by name. That is why Booking.com came back with “Central Modern 2BD 4Mins to Guinness Storehouse”, a flat near the site rather than the site itself, and why Glassdoor answers with what staff say rather than what visitors say. The audit shows you what it matched so you can correct it.
  • One pass, point in time. Nothing is averaged over a window, so every figure here is what it was on 25 August 2026 and nothing else.
